key Responsibilities



1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Handle end-to-end recruitment for warehouse staff (pickers, packers, loaders, supervisors, etc.).

Coordinate with agencies/vendors for manpower hiring.

Conduct joining formalities, documentation, and induction for new employees.

2. Attendance & Payroll Management



Maintain employee attendance records (biometric/manual).

Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing.

Handle salary-related queries and resolve discrepancies.

3. Employee Engagement & Welfare



Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.

Address employee grievances and provide timely resolutions.

Ensure safe and healthy working conditions as per labour laws.

4. Performance & Discipline



Track and review employee performance on a regular basis.

Assist in performance appraisals and feedback sessions.

Handle disciplinary actions, warning letters, and exit formalities.

Desired Candidate Profile



Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).

0.5-2 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in

warehouse / logistics / supply chain

sector.

Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and compliance.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Hindi/English/Local language).

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
