Role Summary
Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at the plant, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, and Industrial & Employee Relations, ensuring statutory compliance and effective workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
Lead manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment for plant roles
Drive onboarding, performance management, training, and development initiatives
Support succession planning, employee engagement, and retention programs
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Manage compensation structures, payroll inputs, and employee benefits
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
Support annual increments, promotions, and compensation reviews
Industrial Relations (IR) & Employee Relations (ER)
Manage union and worker relations, negotiations, and settlements
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and domestic inquiries
Ensure harmonious industrial relations and uninterrupted plant operations
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Coordinate labor inspections, audits, and statutory filings
Implement HR policies and plant standing orders
