Key Responsibilities
Compliance & HR Governance
Ensure full compliance with all applicable
U.S. and international labor laws
and employment regulations.
Review
HR policies
, provide HR responses, and advise leadership on compliance risks and mitigation strategies.
Serve as the point of escalation for HR-related issues across
multiple client organizations.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and manage the HR Generalist(s) and TA Manager to ensure effective execution of hiring needs and HR processes.
Partner with client leadership teams to align HR and TA strategies with organizational goals.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development to HR and TA staff.
Talent Acquisition
Oversee full-cycle recruitment for U.S. and international markets, with a focus on India and the U.S.
Develop
sourcing strategies
to attract top talent in healthcare, technical, and administrative roles.
Partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs and proactively build candidate pipelines.
HR Operations
Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a consistent and compliant employee experience.
Manage
HRIS
and payroll processes within
ADP
, ensuring accuracy in reporting, benefits, and compliance.
Standardize HR processes across clients, ensuring consistency while meeting unique organizational requirements.
Strategic HR Leadership
Partner with executives to develop HR strategies that drive organizational growth and global workforce scalability.
Lead initiatives around employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
Provide thought leadership on global HR trends and innovations.
Qualifications
Master's degree (MBA or Ph.D. in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field strongly preferred).
SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification
is highly desirable.
Minimum
10+ years
of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Demonstrated expertise in
U.S. and global
HR compliance, policies, and labor laws.
Proven experience
managing HR and TA teams
across multiple clients or business units.
Hands-on experience with ADP (or similar HRIS/payroll platforms).
Strong track record in recruitment strategy and execution, including experience hiring across the U.S. and India.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
