We are seeking a hands-on, end-to-end

HR Director

based in

Pune

to lead our people's operations. As we scale rapidly in a fast-paced startup environment, you will be responsible for building the foundation of our workforce, from talent acquisition to company culture and productivity.

The Role

As the

HR Director, you will be a strategic partner and a hands-on executor. You will lead the people function for our Pune operations, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop the best talent to drive our B2B and clinical collaboration missions.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition:

Lead end-to-end hiring efforts to support our high-growth trajectory, identifying top-tier talent for sales, technology, and customer experience roles.

Onboarding & Integration:

Design and manage a seamless onboarding process that integrates new hires into StarEast's mission.

Policy Development:

Establish and implement robust HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards tailored for a growing startup.

Culture & Engagement:

Actively shape and nurture a high-performance company culture that fosters innovation and professional growth.

Performance & Productivity:

Implement frameworks for performance management and employee productivity to ensure the team meets its strategic objectives.

Employee Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee-related matters, ensuring a positive and professional workplace environment.

Candidate Requirements

Experience:

Prior experience in an HR Director or Senior HR Manager role is a must, specifically within a high-growth startup environment.

Expertise:

Proven track record in end-to-end hands-on HR management, including recruitment, payroll, and policy creation.

Industry Knowledge:

While not mandatory, experience in the HealthTech or B2B Pharma services industry is highly preferred.

Mindset:

A proactive, "roll-up-your-sleeves" approach with the ability to adapt to evolving organizational requirements.

Communication:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively represent the company to candidates and employees.

Location:

Must be based in or willing to relocate to

Pune, India
