Key Responsibilities:
Drive recruitment, retention, and workforce planning
Oversee performance, training, and development programs
Ensure legal compliance and policy implementation
Advise leadership on organizational design and change
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Requirements:
Bachelor's in HR or related field (Master's preferred)
10+ years HR experience, 5+ in leadership
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills
