Role Overview

The Senior Manager - HR Operations, Talent & Digitization will act as the second-in-line to the Head of HR, overseeing end-to-end HR operations, talent management, and HR systems. This role will also drive digitization initiatives, oversee talent acquisition, and ensure alignment of HR processes with business priorities. The position is ideal for an experienced HR professional who has managed a broad span of HR responsibilities and can seamlessly bridge strategy with execution. Prior exposure to manufacturing setups will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee employee lifecycle management including onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and exit processes. HRIS & Digitization: Lead HRIS/HRMS implementation, process automation, and digitization of HR practices. Talent Acquisition: Supervise the TA function, ensuring quality and timely hiring aligned with business needs. Talent Management & Development: Support performance management, career development, and succession planning frameworks. HR Business Partnering: Partner with functional leaders to address people priorities and strengthen workforce engagement. Employee Experience: Drive engagement initiatives, grievance redressal, and workplace culture programs. Policy & Process Improvement: Develop and refine HR policies, SOPs, and best practices. Analytics & Reporting: Maintain HR dashboards and provide insights to leadership for decision-making. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR operations/TA team to deliver excellence.
Desired Candidate Profile

8-12 years of HR experience across HR Operations, HRBP, Talent Management, and TA. Strong expertise in HRIS/HRMS implementation and HR digitization initiatives. Proven track record of managing HR operations with compliance rigor. Exposure to manufacturing/plant HR setups will be an advantage. Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and team leadership skills. MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
