About the Role



Quant Global is seeking a creative and brand-focused

HR- Sourcing & Branding Intern

to strengthen our employer brand and digital presence while supporting hiring initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of

people, marketing, and storytelling

, focusing on how Quant Global is perceived by talent across platforms. The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, proactive, and passionate about building a strong employer brand that attracts high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities



Drive employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, job portals, and digital platforms. Create, curate, and manage recruitment-related content including job posts, hiring campaigns, and brand messaging. Source and screen candidates while ensuring a consistent and positive brand experience throughout the hiring journey. Coordinate interviews and manage professional communication with candidates and internal teams. Support digital recruitment campaigns, hiring drives, and campus/online outreach initiatives. Research talent market trends and analyze branding performance to refine recruitment messaging and strategies. Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align employer branding with the company's overall brand identity.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong written communication skills with an eye for brand tone and storytelling. Familiarity with LinkedIn branding, job portals, and digital recruitment platforms. Basic understanding of content creation, social media engagement, and brand positioning. Comfort using digital tools, analytics, and productivity platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
