About the Internship :

We are looking for dynamic and passionate interns to join our team in "Human Resources (HR)" and "Digital Marketing".

This internship offers hands-on experience in people management and online brand promotion -- perfect for those who want to build a strong foundation in both corporate and digital domains.

Key Responsibilities :-

Human Resources (HR):-

Assist in recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and HR records.
Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate with teams for daily HR operations.
Help create and manage HR reports, attendance, and training records.
Digital Marketing:-

Assist in creating content for social media, email, and blogs.
Manage and grow company presence on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Support in running ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
Collaborate on marketing strategies to boost reach and engagement.
Skills Required:-

Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital tools.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Creativity, time management, and eagerness to learn.
Eligibility:-

Students pursuing or recently completed graduation in *HR, Marketing, Management, or related fields.

Available for a minimum duration of 3-6 months.
