Key Responsibilities



HR Strategy & Planning

Collaborate in formulating HR strategy covering recruitment, onboarding, performance, training, succession planning, company culture, and employee engagement. Monitor manpower budgeting and resource planning across clinical & non

Recruitment & Onboarding

Drive end
to
end recruitment: job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters, onboarding & induction programs. Coordinate with department heads to anticipate hiring needs and ensure timely staffing levels. SimplyHired

Employee Relations & Compliance

Administer employment contracts, confirmation, and disciplinary actions (warning letters, charge sheets, grievances). Ensure adherence to labour laws, hospital policies, HRIS processes, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.) SimplyHired+2holyspirithospital.org+2

Performance Management & Training

Support establishment of KRAs/KPIs, performance appraisals, internal promotions, and performance-related interventions. Assist in conducting training needs analyses, planning and implementing learning programs; evaluate training effectiveness. SimplyHired+1

HR Operations & Analytics

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

Organize engagement initiatives, cross

Additional Duties

Liaise with administration: manage vendor relationships, office services, and departmental budgets. Stay updated on HR trends, suggest improvements to HR policies and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience



Educational Qualification:

MBA or MHA or Postgraduate in HR / MHRM or equivalent.

Experience:

5-8 years of progressive HR experience in a healthcare/hospital setting (preferably NABH/JCI-accredited).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) Knowledge of Indian labour laws, compensation & benefits frameworks Competency in data analysis, metrics, and dashboard creation

Behavioral Competencies:
