Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification:
MBA or MHA or Postgraduate in HR / MHRM or equivalent.
Experience:
5-8 years of progressive HR experience in a healthcare/hospital setting (preferably NABH/JCI-accredited).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
Knowledge of Indian labour laws, compensation & benefits frameworks
Competency in data analysis, metrics, and dashboard creation
Behavioral Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Sound negotiation, conflict resolution and counselling ability
