Key Responsibilities
Assist the Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring daily operations
Supervise team members and ensure timely achievement of targets
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow
Prepare reports, MIS, and performance analysis for management review
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation
Handle escalations and resolve operational or client-related issues
Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
3-5 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP/CRM knowledge is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
Experience in team handling and performance management
Exposure to operations, sales support, or project coordination (industry-dependent)
Knowledge of local market dynamics in Delhi
