Job Purpose
To support the HR team with HR Data analysis and reporting activity. The role will be required to maintain organisation people data on a regular basis and ensure accurate records are maintained. The role will also support organisation transformation activity by providing HR data support for these programmes
Responsibilities:
1.
Maintain and update Organization structure of the company in OrgVue system
2.
To coordinate Headcount approvals process and ensure that there is accurate tracking and reporting for all headcount approvals
3.
Regularly reconcile data between Workday and other HR systems and ensure that data is maintained accurately in all systems. Regularly audit the data and check with key stakeholders to improve data quality
4.
Develop and maintain HR Dashboard for the business on a regular basis
5.
Support Org change and transformation programmes by providing timely and quality headcount information and data
6.
Provide key stakeholders with regular reports on organization HR Data
Essential Skills and Experience
Graduate with 2-3 years industry experience
Experience in data entry, data management and developing reports
Strong Excel skills
Good communication skills
Team Player
Knowledge of HR tools - HRMS systems, Workday, OrgVue, Oracle etc (Desirable)
Knowledge of Data visualization tools - PowerBI (Desirable)
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
