Job Description

:

• Gather and combine data from different systems, tools, and functions to be able to "turn data into information and information into insights"

• Prepare/generate periodic and ad-hoc business/HR reports and dashboards using structured and unstructured data sets from multiple sources and systems

• Develop multiple function-level databases, data collection mechanisms, run analysis based on the business requirements with statistical efficiency and quality

• Work closely with HR leaders and members in generating and distributing periodic management reports and dashboards with highest accuracy and as per the agreed timelines

• Provide strong reporting and analytical expertise; manage analysis of data across various KPIs, sharing insights, trends, patterns, potential risks etc., and help HR teams take data-driven decisions

• Interpret briefs and instructions, gather required data from multiple sources and prepare Management Reports/Dashboards/Presentations for various business reviews and management reviews

Profile Description: * Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Statistics/Maths with 5-10 years of experience in Data Analytics/HR Analytics/HR MIS reporting with a corporate of repute

• Hands-on experience in MS Excel, VBA, Macros, Excel Automation, Power Pivot, Data Validation, and other primary MS Excel functionalities (Lookups, Pivot, SUMs/IFs, Conditional Formatting, Index etc.) are essential

• Good experience in understanding/interpreting instructions and briefs and able to generate business presentations/infographics using PowerPoint and other platforms

• Experience in Tableau, PowerBI or other data visualisation tools will be an added advantage

• Any certification in HR Analytics/Data Visualisation (even short-duration self-paced learning) will be an added advantage

• High accountability, excellent communication (written & verbal) and comprehension skills, numerical ability, strong eye-for-detail, proactive
