Support HR policies, procedures, and audits.
Identify training needs through job analysis and employee feedback.
Design and deliver induction, soft skills, and technical training sessions.
Coordinate external training programs and track participation.
Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning content.
Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports for management.
Maintain training records and ensure continuous learning initiatives.
