Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Support payroll and attendance management
Coordinate training sessions and employee development initiatives
Handle employee queries and support communication
Assist in implementing HR policies and compliance
Service Coordination:
Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Schedule and coordinate client appointments and vendor meetings
Maintain service documentation and records
Address and resolve service-related issues promptly
Assist in logistics and resource planning for efficient operations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
Experience in HR and service coordination is an advantage
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR management software
Problem-solving attitude with keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
