Job Role & Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities:
Recruitment, onboarding, and documentation for plant staff & workers
Attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Employee engagement activities & grievance handling
Conduct training programs on HR policies & safety awareness
Statutory HR compliance (PF, ESI, etc.) and employee record maintenance
Safety Responsibilities:
Monitor PPE usage, workplace hygiene & safety compliance
Conduct toolbox talks, inductions, and safety drills
Report, document, and assist in accident investigations
Ensure compliance with safety laws & support audits/inspections
Coordinate with plant/maintenance teams for hazard prevention
Key Skills Required
Knowledge of labor laws, Factories Act, PF/ESI
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS/ERP tools
Strong communication, coordination & problem-solving skills
Ability to work with both shop floor & management teams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
