Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

End-to-end hiring process -- sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding Post job ads on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc. Build talent pipelines for key roles: Performance Marketer, Designers, Developers, Copywriters, Sales, etc. Maintain candidate databases and keep hiring dashboards up to date
HR Operations

Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation Handle employee engagement activities and internal communication Maintain leave records, HRMS (if applicable), and ensure policy compliance Address employee queries and grievances professionally
Culture & Growth

Help build a strong, ownership-driven culture aligned with company values Plan team bonding activities, founder sessions, feedback loops, and recognition Assist founders with performance reviews and retention strategies
Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment (agency/startup background preferred) Strong communication & interpersonal skills Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks Familiarity with hiring tools, Google Sheets, and ATS systems is a plus
