Reception Duties

:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area. Manage incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.

HR Duties

:

Assist in recruitment processes (scheduling interviews, collecting resumes). Coordinate employee onboarding and documentation. Maintain employee records and update HR databases. Assist with attendance tracking and leave management. Support in organizing employee engagement activities/events. Help prepare HR letters (offer letters, experience letters, etc.). Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR or Business preferred). 1-3 years of experience in HR/Admin/Receptionist roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to multitask and handle office equipment (phones, printers, etc.).

Preferred Skills

:

Basic understanding of HR policies and labor laws. Experience with HR software or HRMS is a plus. Professional appearance and demeanor.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
