We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to serve as an HR cum Personal Assistant. This dual role combines human resources responsibilities with personal assistant duties to support the organization and its leadership. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Duties:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in creating job descriptions, posting job openings, and screening candidates.
Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and onboarding processes.
Employee Relations:
Address employee queries and concerns in a professional and confidential manner.
Facilitate communication between staff and management to ensure a positive work environment.
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Prepare HR reports, handle payroll coordination, and manage leave records.
Training & Development:
Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Personal Assistant Duties:
Administrative Support:
Manage the calendar, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements for the leadership.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Correspondence:
Handle emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of the leadership.
Draft and review correspondence and documents for accuracy.
Event Coordination:
Plan and coordinate events, meetings, or conferences.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth execution.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
Perform errands, personal tasks, or special projects as directed.
Ensure the leader's priorities are effectively managed.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR and/or personal assistant roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Attributes:
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
Experience working closely with C-level executives.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
