We are looking for a proactive and organized

Human Resource cum Personal Assistant

to manage HR operations and provide executive support to Global Sales and Operations Head at our Thrissur office.


Key Responsibilities:




Human Resource Responsibilities:




Manage the

end-to-end recruitment process

, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Handle

global hiring

across multiple countries, ensuring smooth coordination with remote candidates and compliance with local employment practices. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. Assist with onboarding, induction, and

training coordination for both in-house and remote employees

. Support payroll preparation and ensure data accuracy. Draft employment letters, maintain HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities:




Provide administrative and executive assistance to Sales Head. Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. Draft and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations as required. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle communication professionally. Coordinate with global team members and ensure smooth remote collaboration. Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Head.

Requirements:




Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

. Minimum

2-4 years of experience

in HR or administrative roles. Experience in

global hiring

and comfort working with

remote and multicultural teams

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

and HR software tools. High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving ability.

Working Hours:





Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (IST)


Salary:





Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
