Job Description

The HR and Operations Trainee will support both the Human Resources and Operations departments in daily activities, documentation, coordination, and process improvement. This role is designed to provide hands-on learning in HR practices and operational management while contributing to the company's efficiency and employee engagement.

1. Human Resources Responsibilities



Assist in

recruitment and onboarding

: posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new employee inductions. Maintain

employee records

, attendance, and leave management in HR systems. Support preparation of

HR letters

, ID cards, and other employee documents. Help in planning and executing

employee engagement activities

and internal communication. Assist with

performance appraisal

data collection and training coordination. Maintain

confidential HR files

and support compliance documentation (PF, ESI, etc.). Coordinate with employees for queries related to HR policies and procedures.

2. Operations Responsibilities



Assist in

daily operations coordination

between departments. Support in

inventory tracking

, logistics coordination, and vendor management. Ensure timely

order updates, reporting, and follow-ups

with sales or field teams. Prepare and maintain

MIS reports

, trackers, and operational documentation. Coordinate with

distributors, retailers, or clients

(if applicable) for smooth workflow. Support the Operations Manager in process audits and workflow optimization. Handle

administrative tasks

, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.

3. Reporting & Documentation



Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to HR and operations. Maintain records of staff attendance, training sessions, and performance data. Assist in

data analysis and presentation

for management meetings.

4. Learning & Development



Participate in structured

training sessions

across HR, Operations, and Administration. Gain hands-on experience with HRMS, ERP, or reporting tools used by the organization. Take initiative in identifying

process improvements

and suggesting practical solutions.

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking ability. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Basic understanding of HR and operational workflows. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Education & Qualification



Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-1 year of relevant internship experience preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
