The HR cum Operations Executive will be responsible for handling both human resource activities and day-to-day operational functions of the company. The role requires a proactive individual with good communication, leadership, and coordination skills to ensure smooth HR processes and operational efficiency.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain employee records and attendance management.
Support training and employee engagement programs.
Monitor employee performance and report to management.
Ensure company policies are followed and assist in HR policy implementation.
Operations Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day operational activities between departments.
Support administrative functions such as procurement, logistics, and facility management.
Maintain records of office supplies and ensure timely availability of materials.
Oversee office maintenance, discipline, and safety standards.
Assist management in planning and executing operational strategies.
Prepare periodic operational and HR reports for review.
