HR cum Office Administrator with Accounting skills
to manage HR operations, office administration, and assist in day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Handle recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS).
Draft appointment, confirmation, and other HR-related letters.
Organize employee engagement and training programs.
Support performance evaluation and HR policy implementation.
Office Administration:
Supervise office housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities.
Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.
Oversee travel bookings, logistics, and staff coordination.
Maintain records for office assets and general correspondence.
Ensure a smooth day-to-day office operation and communication flow.
Accounting Support:
Record daily transactions and maintain accounting entries in Tally or other ERP systems.
Handle vendor invoices, purchase bills, and payment processing.
Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns (in coordination with the accountant).
Maintain petty cash and expense records.
Prepare monthly reports for management (expenses, salary, etc.).
Coordinate with auditors, CA, and finance team as needed.
Qualifications:
l Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
l Prior experience in office administration and/or accounting roles is desirable.
l Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
l Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
l Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
l Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
l Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
l Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho) is a plus.
| Two-Wheeler is must.
Working Conditions:
This role typically operates in a professional office environment. Standard office hours apply, with occasional overtime during busy periods.
Salary Range:
?18000 - ₹22000 per month (based on experience)
