Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and workplace culture initiatives.
Assist with performance evaluations and training programs.
Marketing:
Support the marketing team with basic activities such as social media coordination, promotional campaigns, and branding support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in HR or combined HR & Marketing roles.
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
