Role Overview
We are seeking an HR cum Legal Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations while ensuring legal compliance across contracts, policies, and regulatory matters. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance people management with legal responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring processes, interviews, and employee onboarding.
Employee Relations: Address queries, grievances, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
HR Operations: Maintain attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and performance reviews.
Policy Implementation: Draft and enforce HR policies aligned with company objectives.
Legal & Compliance
Contracts & Documentation: Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, vendor agreements, and NDAs.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company law, and statutory requirements.
Risk Management: Identify potential compliance risks and recommend preventive measures.
Coordination with Legal Advisors: Liaise with external counsel for complex matters.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, or Business Administration (LLB preferred).
1-3 years of experience in HR operations and legal documentation.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, corporate compliance, and HR practices.
Excellent communication and drafting skills.
Ability to multitask and manage confidential information with integrity.
