Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Recruitment & Onboarding
: Manage hiring processes, interviews, and employee onboarding.
Employee Relations
: Address queries, grievances, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
HR Operations
: Maintain attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and performance reviews.
Policy Implementation
: Draft and enforce HR policies aligned with company objectives.
Legal & Compliance
Contracts & Documentation
: Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, vendor agreements, and NDAs.
Regulatory Compliance
: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company law, and statutory requirements.
Risk Management
: Identify potential compliance risks and recommend preventive measures.
Coordination with Legal Advisors
: Liaise with external counsel for complex matters.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Law, HR, or Business Administration
(LLB preferred).
1-3 years of experience in
HR operations and legal documentation
.
Strong knowledge of
labor laws, corporate compliance, and HR practices

Excellent communication and drafting skills.
Ability to multitask and manage confidential information with integrity.
