The Front Office cum HR Executive is responsible for managing front desk operations while supporting HR and administrative functions. The role involves handling visitors, coordinating communication, assisting in recruitment, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Greet and assist visitors, guests, and parents/students professionally.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols.
Handle front desk scheduling, inquiries, and general support.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office communication.
HR Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, resume shortlisting, and interview coordination.
Handle employee joining formalities and documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR files.
Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance and salary data.
Assist in employee communication, notices, and HR policies.
Help in onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
Coordinate with different departments for administrative requirements.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official correspondence.
Support management and director's office with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and office administration
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Professional attitude and problem-solving skills
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
