We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin Executive cum Front Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks in the HR department while also managing front desk duties efficiently.
Responsibilities:
1. HR Administrative Tasks:
- Assist in recruitment processes such as job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and update HR databases.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR-related issues and policies.
2. Front Office Coordination
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
3. Requirements:*
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS) and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
