We are seeking a dynamic and versatile

HR cum Customer Care Manager

to join our growing team. This role is a unique blend of

human resource management

and

customer support excellence

, requiring strong communication skills and organisational ability. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless customer experiences while supporting HR operations to build a motivated and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support

Manage customer via calls, emails and WhatsApp. To impart product information to customer and resolve their issuess promptly. To conduct training and orientation
Human Resources

Support recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening and interview coordination. Maintain employee records, attendance and leave management systems. Draft and manage HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA - Human Resource Management At least 3 years of experience in Customer Support / HR / Administration Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
