Maintain daily attendance, leave records, and support payroll processing.
Handle client calls, messages, and emails; maintain professional communication at all times.
Share quotations, MOUs, and updates; follow up on client approvals, payments, and feedback.
Liaise with design, site, and accounts teams to ensure project updates and client satisfaction.
Maintain CRM trackers, client interaction logs, and prepare periodic HR and CRM reports.
Assist in scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining a professional office environment.
Serve as the point of contact for HR-related queries and ensure smooth internal communication.
Support management in implementing disciplinary actions or counseling when required.
