About the Role



We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and proactive

HR cum CRM Executive

to join our growing team. This dual-role position demands a passionate individual who can efficiently manage human resource operations while also building and nurturing strong customer relationships. You'll be the bridge between the company, its employees, and its clients, ensuring both internal and external satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource (HR) Responsibilities



As the HR representative, you will play a vital role in shaping our company culture and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations involving our employees:

Recruitment & Onboarding



Draft job descriptions, post vacancies on job portals, and screen incoming applications. Schedule and conduct interviews in coordination with department heads. Manage the end-to-end onboarding process including documentation, orientation, and employee induction.

Employee Records & Compliance



Maintain accurate employee records - including attendance, leave balances, performance reviews, and personal files. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. Keep track of employment contracts, renewals, and confirmation letters.

Payroll & Compensation Support



Assist in preparing monthly salary sheets and handling basic payroll tasks. Track attendance, leaves, and overtime to ensure accurate compensation. Coordinate with finance and management for timely salary disbursement.

Employee Engagement & Welfare



Plan and implement employee engagement activities such as team events, birthday celebrations, and wellness programs. Provide support to employees on HR-related queries and resolve grievances professionally. Encourage a positive, inclusive, and productive work culture.

Performance Management



Assist in conducting regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions. Support in setting KPIs and monitoring employee progress.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Responsibilities



As a CRM executive, you will be the face of the company for our clients - building relationships, managing communications, and ensuring service satisfaction:

Client Communication & Relationship Building



Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and professional communication. Conduct regular follow-ups to build trust, maintain engagement, and understand client needs. Address client queries, concerns, or complaints with a solution-focused approach.

Lead Follow-up & Conversion



Follow up on new leads received via marketing or referrals. Convert inquiries into meetings, demos, or sales through proper communication and follow-up strategies. Maintain detailed records of lead status and progress in CRM tools.

CRM Data Management



Maintain and update the company's CRM database with accurate client information, communication logs, and status reports. Monitor customer engagement trends and suggest improvements based on feedback and analytics.

Coordination & Internal Communication



Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments (sales, technical, support teams) to ensure client requirements are met efficiently. Ensure that all service or product delivery commitments are fulfilled on time.

Client Retention & Upselling



Develop strategies to retain key accounts by providing consistent value and support. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant services to existing clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business Administration, Human Resource Management preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously High level of professionalism and ethical conduct
