Key Responsibilities
Manage

Maintain and organize

Support

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR workflow
Assist in

Maintain HR databases, attendance records, and prepare reports as required
Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide timely resolutions
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
Prior experience in HR coordination or HR operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work
independently and maturely
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
