Manage employee records, including personal details, payroll, and benefits information. Coordinate recruitment processes, such as posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Facilitate new hire onboarding and conduct orientations. Assist with payroll and benefits administration. Support employee relations by addressing workplace issues and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Help coordinate training sessions and manage related records.

Administration:

Coordinate and schedule meetings . Handle correspondence and manage general office filing. Prepare reports and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
