The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently setting up and managing all core HR processes, while also supporting leadership in business coordination and operational activities. This position requires someone who can balance people management with organizational support, act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. It is best suited for individuals who thrive in a startup environment, take ownership and are comfortable building systems and processes from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
For HR Functions:
Manage the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.
Set up and manage HR policies, systems, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor laws, etc.)
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle attendance, payroll inputs, and leave management.
Support in employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.
Address employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
Business Coordination:
Act as a point of contact between management and operational teams.
Assist in planning, organising, and monitoring day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with the production, sales, and finance teams for smooth workflow.
Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and records related to operations.
Support senior management in strategic decision-making and business development activities.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in HR and/or business coordination roles (preferred in manufacturing or FMCG).
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance
Experience in setting up HR functions or working in a startup/new setup is a plus
Ability to multitask effectively across HR and business responsibilities
High level of ownership, attention to detail, and integrity
Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict-resolution skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR/coordination tools

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
