Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.

As an HR Executive:
Support hiring and recruitment (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and orientation programs.
Maintain HR documentation.
Organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Address employee queries and support compliance with HR policies.
