The HR & Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions and administrative operations of the organization. This role ensures smooth office management, effective people practices, compliance with policies, and a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource Management
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems
Handle recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit processes
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations
Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and regulations
Plan and conduct training, development, and staff engagement programs
Promote a healthy work culture, teamwork, and employee well-being
Administrative Management
Oversee daily office operations and administrative staff
Manage office facilities, utilities, assets, and vendor relationships
Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and record maintenance
Supervise housekeeping, security, transport, and support services
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
Control administrative budgets and optimize operational costs
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline within the workplace
Coordination & Leadership
Act as a bridge between management and employees
Support management in organizational planning and decision-making
Monitor compliance with company policies and ethical standards
Prepare HR and administrative reports for management review
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as an HR Manager, Admin Manager, or similar role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
