We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Operations Manager to oversee and manage our human resources and operational functions. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices,operational management, and business administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment and manage employee relations and
conflict resolution.
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
Operations Management:
Streamline operational systems, processes, and policies in support of organizational
mission.
Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinate cross-functional Activities
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and office supplies/procurement processes.
Implement and manage systems to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
(Master's preferred).
2- 4 years of experience in HR and operations management.
Strong knowledge of HR/operations best practices.
Proven leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: 20000 to 25000
