We are looking for a proactive and organized
HR & Admin Executive
to join our team. This role involves supporting daily HR functions and managing office administration and operational tasks. If you have 1-2 years of experience in HR and admin and are looking to grow in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
Handle office administration: housekeeping, stationery, vendor coordination
Organize travel arrangements and internal meetings
Support payroll inputs and basic compliance tasks
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Coordinate with departments for operational needs
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in HR and administration
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Familiarity with HR software is a plus
