The HR Cum Admin Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions along with overall administrative operations of the organization. The role includes recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, office administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in line with company policies and legal requirements.

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum
5 Years
of relevant experience in HR and Administration.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
