to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and administrative functions in our NBFC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the employee life cycle, ensuring HR compliance, and supervising office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain and update HR policies in line with labor laws and NBFC compliance.
Handle employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
Organize training & development programs and performance evaluations.
Conduct regular HR audits and ensure statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).
Support HR-related MIS and reporting for audits and internal reviews.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
Administration:
Oversee overall office administration, facility management, and upkeep.
Manage vendor relationships for housekeeping, security, travel, and procurement.
Monitor office supplies, IT assets, and ensure timely procurement & maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene protocols.
Handle logistics for meetings, events, and company functions.
Coordinate with branches for administrative and HR requirements.
Maintain statutory records and handle regulatory inspections and audits as needed.
