is seeking am EXPERIENCED and highly motivated and organized

HR cum

Office Administrator

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our functioning by managing our administrative and Executive Tasks, and interactions with Real Estate Team and clients.

Office timing 9:45 am to 7:15 pm; Monday to Saturday Working.

Admin Responsibilities :



Scheduling Interviews with Candidates.

Shortlisting Profiles.

Onboarding Team members.

Meeting Scheduling

Attendance Management

Entry Exit interviews.

Team Management.

Daily Follow-up:

Proactively follow up with Clients, team members on tasks and deadlines, ensuring timely completion.

Staff Task Updation.


Qualifications:



Ability to speak and write English and Marathi Properly.

Discipline and timely work and attendance is non negotiable. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and collaborate with team members.

Bonus points:



Experience in the Real Estate industry. Knowledge of legal terminology and processes. Ability to create and maintain reports and dashboards.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
