Job Description

1. Human Resources Responsibilities



Recruitment & On boarding:



Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interviews. Coordinate on boarding and induction programs for new employees.

Employee Relations & Engagement:



Handle employee grievances and escalate when necessary. Plan and execute employee engagement programs and welfare activities.

Performance Management:



Assist in performance appraisal processes and maintain performance records. Monitor and support training and development programs.

Payroll & Compliance:



Process payroll, attendance, and leave management. Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other regulations.

2. Administrative Responsibilities



Office Administration:



Oversee office operations, maintenance, and supplies. Coordinate travel, logistics, and event management.

Vendor & Facility Management:



Manage vendor contracts and office service providers. Ensure workplace safety and security measures are in place.

Documentation & Reports:



Maintain employee records, contracts, and administrative documentation.
Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
