We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR cum Admin Assistant to support day-to-day human resources and administrative operations. The role involves assisting with HR processes, employee coordination, office administration, and ensuring smooth internal functioning of the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Support
Assist in recruitment activities including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave data, and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll inputs, timesheets, and statutory compliance data.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and administration.
Administrative Support
Manage office administration activities including supplies, vendors, and facilities coordination.
Handle internal communication, circulars, and official documentation.
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for HR and admin records.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and training sessions.
Ensure office discipline, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordination & Reporting
Act as a point of contact between employees, management, and external vendors.
Prepare HR and administrative reports as required.
Support management with ad-hoc administrative and HR-related tasks.
Skills & Competencies
Basic understanding of HR processes and labor practices.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Multitasking ability with attention to detail.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in an HR and administrative support role (freshers with relevant internships may also be considered).
