Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration and operational tasks.
Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
Handle employee documentation, onboarding, and attendance tracking.
Coordinate with customers and students regarding training and service schedules.
Prepare quotations, reports, and follow up on project updates.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and internal communications.
Maintain HR records, leave management, and other related documentation.
Provide administrative and operational support to various departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Freshers or candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
