Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment & onboarding Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and HRMS Support performance management and training programs Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Requirements
Degree in HR or related field Prior experience in IT/Tech industry preferred Strong communication, problem-solving & HRMS skills Prefer female candidates who can join immediately.

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
