We are seeking a proactive HR cum Admin professional to manage branch-level operations and drive recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will oversee daily administrative functions, support employee management, and ensure smooth functioning of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for various roles
Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Support performance management and employee engagement activities
Handle HR queries and ensure adherence to company policies
Branch Administration:
Oversee day-to-day branch operations and office management
Manage inventory, housekeeping, facilities, and vendor coordination
Ensure discipline, staff punctuality, and operational standards
Support management in maintaining SOPs and business continuity
Coordinate between departments for smooth academic and operational flow
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's / Masters degree preferred (HR/Business Administration advantageous)
2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative operations
Strong communication, coordination, and people management skills
Ability to multitask and handle operational responsibilities independently
Proficiency in MS Office, HR systems, and documentation
