Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all HR operations including recruitment ,onboarding, exits, employee confirmations, documentation, and contract renewals. Ensure accuracy of HR records, data, and dashboards across systems (HRIS, payroll) Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a clean, safe, and functional working environment. Coordinate and manage facility maintenance and repairs, liaising with external vendors and service providers. Handle vendor management including building networks, negotiating contracts, ensuring cost-effective solutions, empanelment, and maintaining vendor records. Maintain accurate records and files. Handle vendor payments, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in HR cum admin Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of basic accounting principles for budget tracking.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
