Track customer feedback and assist in resolving queries promptly.
Support CRM integrations with other applications (e.g., Zoho Books, Zoho Campaigns, or email tools).
Conduct regular CRM training for team members to ensure proper usage.
Identify process improvement areas and suggest automation or CRM feature enhancements.
