Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing job postings, and facilitating new hire orientation.

Employee Management:

Maintaining records, attendance, administering policies, handling payroll, benefits, performance appraisals, and employee relations.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensuring adherence to labor laws, preparing HR reports, and managing tax/social security contributions.

Office Administration:

Managing office supplies, facilities, schedules, meetings, and general correspondence.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's/ Masters in HR, Business Admin, or related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in HR and/or admin roles minimum 2 years.

Skills:

Excellent organization, multitasking, time management, strong ethics, confidentiality, and communication.

Technical:

Familiarity with HRIS software and MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
