We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR functions, maintaining employee records, and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and capable of multitasking to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee databases, attendance, and personal records.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
Handle employee queries and support basic HR functions (leave management, payroll coordination, etc.).
Maintain compliance with company policies and HR regulations.
Support management in maintaining load details and other records for business operations.
Assist with office administration tasks including documentation, filing, and correspondence.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or service providers when required.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports as instructed by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR/Admin roles (freshers with strong willingness to learn may also be considered).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills (oral and written).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
