Job Description

Job Summary:



The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, office administration tasks, and outside coordination work (e.g., bank visits, courier, etc.). You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



HR Operations:

Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding)

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Assist with payroll, attendance, and leave tracking

Prepare HR letters, contracts, and support policy implementation

Drive employee engagement and handle basic grievance issues

Administration & Field Work:



Oversee office administration, vendor management, procurement, and maintenance

Handle external tasks like courier dispatch, bank visits, and government documentation

Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory obligations

Coordinate travel, meeting logistics, and office events

Manage office assets, supplies, and records

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

1-4 years of experience in HR and Admin roles

Good knowledge of HR processes and basic labor laws

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to take ownership of both in-office and on-field tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
